Just sharing some photos of some of our Refuge dogs. I have yet again built up too many photos on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, so need to jettison some by the end of this week, to make space for more next week. I did a manual count yesterday, while transferring photos from one folder to another on my phone – in one day I’d taken 327 photos. Multiply that by 5 days = 1635 photos every week! No wonder my SD card fills up so quickly!
I don’t mind taking hundreds of photos, if it means I can get at least 1 “money shot” image. I don’t have the time to sit and sift through thousands of images, unlike professional photographers. I know sometimes the photos end up with the dogs having strange “lollipop” heads, due to the height from which the photo was taken…but those shots also tend to make the dogs look cuter. Sometimes not all of the dog’s face or body are completely in focus, yet I will choose to use that particular one, simply because it captures the essence of the dog.
